Before we moved to Florida, my husband was a music major at Indiana University Southeast. His favorite class, as well of most of his friends’ favorite, was Music Theory. I hence dubbed them the Music Theory Geeks. 
They liked to make jokes about French Augmented Sixths, and discuss things such as Picardy thirds and chromatic mediants. Yeah, I know, Greek to me too.
Scott was one of this group, and since we’ve moved back to the area we’ve been so glad to reconnect with him and his wife, Jennifer. Jennifer was also a music major at IUS, and is quite an accomplished pianist. This past July they had Rachel Elizabeth, and I’m so honored I got to photograph their new family of 3.
